GENERAL NEWS
Principal's Corner
Greetings Parents, Welcome Back! We hope you enjoyed the "No Homework Week" as we transitioned back to school after a lengthy break. As we resume distance learning, we will continue to focus on providing our scholars with the best distance learning experience we can. we urge you to continue to support your scholars in doing their best work. Parents, with the 2nd Quarter ending January 27th, this is a great time to schedule conferences with your scholars' teacher(s) to review their academic progress. Most teachers have office hours on Wednesdays but are willing to make attempts to accommodate parents who cannot make a Wednesday meeting. Parents should also closely monitor School Max, with their scholars, to see real time grades. School Max is PGCPS/CMIT South MHS means of ensuring communications about students academic progress, between home and school, is ongoing. Please take advantage of this vehicle.

We know that there are some classes that have tests next week and we want to provide your child with the opportunity to prepare. Saturday Academy will function similarly to the past with me as your child’s guide. The link that I have provided is for me to sign your child in and then send them to whichever specified session(s) through breakouts. Again, we looked forward to helping your child/children to receive additional support. https://pgcps-org.zoom.us/j/92857077828?pwd=VU1EVHRmRjI4MlEyRVNZTkN1cVBaQT09 Should you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
