We are looking for more people to take part in an extracurricular program on Communicating and Automated Vehicles. Participants will learn how to drive and program the Sphero RVR, a small vehicle with sensors that can detect color, infrared radiation, and communicate with others of its kind. We are particularly interested in operating the vehicles together as a fleet using elements of artificial intelligence. The group will meet a couple of hours each month and work through the course material provided by MDOT. Dates and times will be worked out after the student members are selected. Its January and that means semester classes are on the final stretch. If you have Personal Fitness enjoy the new 3 weeks because at the end of the semester you will be moving on to Health Education.
