Senior Locker Clean Out + Materials Return
|
Good morning, Families of High School Seniors!
This week will be our first week without the Class of 2019, however, we know a number of them have appointments to be in the building Monday and Tuesday to tie up loose ends.
Students should take advantage of this time in the building to clean out their lockers. At the end of the school year, any items left in lockers will be donated or discarded. Additionally, students should return any items in their possession that belong to the school (e.g., books, computers, uniforms, etc.).
Congratulations to you all!

MISA Study
|
Hi Students and Parents,
BioGeoChem students will be taking the MISA on Tuesday and Wednesday May, 28 and 29. We will be off school on Monday the 27th for Memorial Day.
Students have been reviewing in class, and they still have access to their e-textbook in the online PGCPS Clever facility. Between now and the MISA testing days, students should be reviewing their class notes and checking their e-textbook. I am also available to students with content questions during the day at school as well as via email.
Enjoy the Memorial Day holiday weekend!

SeaPerch: Underwater Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV) Updates
|
The SeaPerch fish are ready! The teams have been working hard on completing the underwater remote operated vehicles (ROV): building the structure, soldering the electronics, and making the motors watertight. We have a competition on Saturday, June 8th at Prince Georges Community College, so we are now working on modifications and add-ons to complete the competition tasks. This coming Tuesday, we will have the inaugural first swim for the fish to begin practicing our swimming and diving to take us to victory!
