Dear Parents/Guardians,

I am very proud to share GREAT NEWS about our students. We have AMAZING ACCOMPLISHMENTS this year. We are sharing with our community through our website, newsletter and CSP_Charter twitter account.
Please congratulate your children and please tell them " CSP admin and staff members are so proud to have them at CSP".
Please follow-up our coming events/successes. PTSO and PAC ( Parent Athletic Committee ) are CONSISTENTLY support our vision/mission. Thank to all volunteer parents/ guardians to support us in every field. There might be a long list if I mention all our successes in here. CSP HS MATH TEAM
* AACC MATH OLYMPIAD six year in row.
CSP MS MATH TEAM
* MATH Counts nine year in row. Qualified for the State.
CSP VEX TEAM - Robotics
* Qualified for Nationals in Iowa
CSP MS Sea Perch- Robotics
* Qualified for Nationals in Georgia, Atlanta
* Overall winner among 48 teams.
CSP HS Science Olympiad Team
* Qualified for State

*CSP students took home 34 special awards and 25 category placements at the 50th annual AACPS Regional Science and Engineering Fair.

*Middle School Students winning Special Awards= 71.4% (10 awards/ 14 students)
High School Students winning Special Awards= 130 % (24 awards/18 students)
* Lusia Cole - Finalist for BOE student member
* David Kravets, who won a Grand Prize and will ALSO be representing the district ( AACPS) at the International Science & Engineering Fair (Intel ISEF).
*Congratulations to Roy Davis for his selection to the Capital-Gazette Communications All-County Basketball Second Team

*KENNETH G BOYETTE TOOK THE 2016 PRELIMINARY SAT NATIONAL MERIT SCHOLARSHIP qualifying TEST ( PSAT/NMSQT) and met requirements to enter the 2018 National Merit Scholarship Program.

From approximately 1.5 million program entrants, Kenneth Boyette is among the 50,000 highest-scoring participants who will be recognized in the fall.
