Welcome - Ms. Le
Hello, I am Ms. Le. I was born in Vietnam and immigrated to the United States when I was 10 years old. Since then, I have been living in the state of Maryland with my mother and little brother. In 2014 and 2020, I attended the University of Maryland, College Park for my bachelor's in Biology and for my master's in Education respectively. Prior to returning to college in 2020, I worked as a lab technician at a biotechnology company. This will be my first year teaching and I'm excited that I will be doing it at Chesapeake Science Point. Art is one of the many things that I am passionate about. So during my free time, I love to learn and explore more about various mediums where I can be creative, ranging from drawing on paper to sewing with fabric and sculpting with clay and wood. This summer, I learned how to draft patterns that can help me bring my vision to life. I plan to eventually sew and gift my mother a traditional dress made by my own hands.
