Immunizations
|
Just a friendly reminder...Due to sports physicals, vacations, etc., it may not be easy to get an appointment to make sure your child is up to date on their immunizations. As summer approaches and the new school year is nearing upon us, I would like to remind parents to bring me their child's update immunization record as they receive the MCV4 and tdap shots. Students entering the 7th grade next year must provide this information so they can begin the school year on time. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me.
