From the Principal's Desk
|
Greetings, Chesapeake Science Point Family,
I would like to thank all of the staff for the great job they did during last week's lockdown! Parents, the investigation is ongoing. The detective who is in charge of the case has provided me with an updated status of the case. The authorities have contacted the courts for subpoenas to assist them with gathering additional information. I will continue to provide you all with updates as I get them.
Career Day is fast approaching! If you are interested in being a speaker or presenter at our career day on the morning of Friday, April 20th, please contact me at djefferson@mycsp.org. When contacting me, please let me know your career field or area of expertise. All are welcome! We are hoping to have the best career day ever!
Parents, please have a conversation with your student in regards to the proper uniform attire here at CSP. All pants should be a khaki material. Jeans, stretch pants, jogging pants, and warm-up pants are not the proper uniform and should not be worn to school. Only during their physical education classes are warm-ups, jogging pants, and or sweat pants allowed. In addition, hoodies, jackets, and or sweaters are not allowed either. If the sweater, fleece jacket, or sweatshirt has the CSP logo, your student may wear it. The only occasion where a hoodie can be worn is on dress down days. Thank you in advance for cooperation! I hope that you all have a pleasant and enjoyable weekend! Thank you for all that you do!

Bus Contract's for 2018-19 are now available!
|
Dear CSP Community,
It is that time of the year that bus contracts are available for 2018-19! Please note that all contracts are first come, first served. It is also important to note that the routes are staying the same as this year; rather than indicating an address on the contract, you must indicate which route and bus stop you will be using.
Ms. Bogden will be in close contact during this process. An email receipt will be emailed to the email address indicated in the contract when your contract has been accepted. Ms. Bogden will contact you if your contract is not accepted for whatever reason.
As always, your questions and input are welcome. Ms. Bogden has attached the contract to this blurb as well. Her email address is cbogden@mycsp.org.
Thank you very much for your cooperation! Have a wonderful day!
