GENERAL NEWS
CMIT South students get AMPED UP!
On February 17, 2016 CMIT South students had the opportunity to actively engage in the learning process at the Amped Up field trip. In the amphitheater students learned about the environment, specifically about Natural Resources, Energy Sources, and Environmental Effects and so much more. They participated in ‘Who's Smart Than a Fifth Grader’, ‘Who Wants to Be A Millionaire’, along with Brain pop videos. Each child at their seat had access to their own clickers for responses with 3-D images displayed periodically. Students interacted with the host on many occasions.   After the brain overload came time for recreational activities. As you can see with the pictures this massive facility had something for everyone video game stations, musical instruments, pool tables, basketball goals, inflatables, a picture booth and so much more.
