Attention CMIT Scholars and Families, If your student was absent for both the Fall Picture day and the Retake day and as a result, did not have their picture taken, please fill out this google form so that Ms. Hackett knows to schedule a time for your student to take their school photo during the Spring Picture Day - next Thursday, April 7th. Form Link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfFoPNsfkcrjAuWf_hjhE0TF6FZEXEb8UDYLQ1VLDNrabobEg/viewform All students will take photos in their class cohorts as part of our Spring Picture Day. No individual photos will be taken other than those for students who were not present in the Fall. Students need to wear the following: -CMIT South uniform polo shirts -Appropriate uniform pants & shoes as usual If a student does not have a uniform polo shirt due to a uniform shortage, they should wear a plain polo shirt in one of the appropriate colors (blue/green for middle school and purple/gold for high school). If a student has PE class on April 7th, but needs to retake their photo, they should still wear their normal uniform and NOT their PE attire. Students do not need to wear their school oxford shirt this year and all students will be photographed. Students who were not in the correct uniform on picture day will need to participate in the Retake Day if they want to appear in the school yearbook as ONLY THE CORRECTLY UNIFORMED STUDENTS WILL APPEAR IN THE YEARBOOK. Students wearing a school sweatshirt or jacket will be asked to take it off for their picture. If your student is a member of an after school club and/or team, their coach/sponsor has been asked to schedule a time with their students for them to come and take a group photo.
