Hello Everyone,
This coming week, BGC students and Physics students will continue their respective unit sections. BGC students will continue with properties of water and transition to the water cycle. Physics students will continue in orbital motion.
Going forward, for all assessments in BioGeoChem and Physics, students will be required to take their assessments under the GoGuardian application. Students not visible in the GoGuardian platform during the assessment will not have their assessments scored per CMIT policy. Students will be required to be signed in to their CMIT accounts in order for GoGuardian to display the progress of the students during their assessments.

Mathmagicians Club
|
Dear CMIT N students and parents,
Hope everything is fine with you. I would like to invite CMIT North high school students to math competitions and contests, one more time. On the virtual learning system, many schools decided to not join the competitions this year. This means the schools which are attending the competitions and contests have more chance to win. I have been running the "Mathmagicians Club" to prepare our students. Our Principal, Mrs. Ozturk, has already approved the competition fees. So the students don't need to pay any fee. The students should focus on studying and win them.
Every competition has different prizes and awards system. Some competitions offer tuitions (full/ partial), and acceptance to a university; so many of them offer money awards according to which place you earn, and most of them give certificates (place and/ or participation). This is a huge change to build your resume.
Please see the attachments for the math contests and competitions schedule. Also please review the links below.

Also, I received an invitation from MathWorks Math Modeling Challenge/ M3 Challenge. They want to see our school in the competition. If there are at least 5 students from juniors and/or seniors, I can make the registration. Please see the attachments.
The club days are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3 pm-4 pm. If you are interested, please contact me.
