Summer is officially ended.
Today, Friday, August 26, we welcomed all our kindergarten students at orientation. It was a beautiful sight just to see how parents walked into the building with their students and also new babies and other family members. It was a warm feeling.
Thanks for staying in touch; Keep reading
Next week we will introduce our school family to you.

We are excited to get the school year going with our new fifth grade students! Make sure you get to know your teachers on the first day of school! We have Mr. Rowland and Mrs. McCargo returning from last school year teaching reading and social studies and new to staff is Ms. Jenkins and Ms. Thomas teaching math, science, and health.
Just a few quick housekeeping notes, please be sure to check your email that is listed in schoolMAX, as we will be using email for official communications this year and NOT class dojo. Another note, students should have 6 composition books and 2 folders. The composition books will be for each subject (math, science, reading, social studies, writing, and health) and the folders will be for classwork and homework. Students will also be given and responsible for their agenda book. This is where they will be writing tasks and other important information. If you have any questions, please reach out to us via email.
