P.E. Weekly Review - EXTRA CREDIT ASSIGNMENT FOR GRADES 2-5
Dear Parents and guardians, For the rest of the year, we are doing cumulative review activities and new exercise games that we have not tried yet. This week we did a Family Feud style exercise game that surveyed kids and came back with results that kids chose between. Then they did a memory style game before doing a word puzzle game. ************ EXTRA CREDIT ASSIGNMENT ****************** GRADES 2 - 5 Please look for the announcement on Class Dojo on the school's main page Friday to announce the assignment that will be extra credit and categorized as an assessment grade which will be 25% of the grade so it should help students who missed some days of PE or whose grades dropped for other reasons.

2nd Grade Updates!
Hello everyone, from the 2nd grade team! We are moving right along in our last quarter! We are SO CLOSE to the end of the school year!! Reminder that there is NO SCHOOL MONDAY due to the Memorial Day holiday! Students are continuing to learn a lot in each subject in our final quarter! In Reading, students are reading about different cultures, traditions, and holidays around the world, new vocabulary words, helping verbs, and r-controlled vowels! In Social Studies, students are also learning about different cultures and languages in different parts of the world! In Math, students are learning about two-step word problems, and in science, students are learning about habitats! We have been busy taking our 3rd and final round of the MAP assessments the past 2 weeks. We should be finishing up with testing this week, so make sure students are present and on time for school! As we wrap up the last part of this school year, make sure students do not have missing assignments as the end of the fourth quarter will be approaching soon! We are at the very end of second grade, so let's keep working hard to achieve our goals! Have a great week!! From your 2nd Grade Team! :)
