They will need a soft ball or a rolled up sock to throw and catch with; a laundry basket, bucket, bin, or large bowl; tape, paper. I will be posting a video this weekend on Google Classrooms for what students will need for PE as well.
TECHNOLOGY:

We have passed the introductory part of Coding Adventure. Our 3-5th grade students now hold basic programming skills. Next week, we will focus on loops. There are different kinds of loops, like "for loop" and "until loops," but first we will learn how to use a simple loop.
Our Lego club is on Monday at 3:00pm. For the last two weeks, we have had a club with 1st graders. I have sent the Zoom link through Class Dojo ( Lego club). Please use this link to join the club if your child is in a Lego club.
MUSIC:
Kindergarten, first, and second grade learned about the music and traditions of La Dia de los Muertos this past week - we loved making connections to the movie "Coco!"
Third and fourth graders have packed a lot of new content into the last few weeks, GREAT JOB! They'll be playing multiple surprise review games collaboratively to test their knowledge.
Fifth grade has done incredible work discussing the music used in protest and propaganda in US history. They will finish this unit and work collaboratively on review games as a reward for their hard work. I am so proud of them!
ART:
Visual Arts class has made a couple of adjustments for the 2nd quarter. Tigers will be using "Padlet" to supplement their Google classroom. This platform should provide a more efficient uploading process for artwork.
