ATTENDANCE MATTERS: ABSENCES and EXCUSE NOTES
As of this week, we implemented a Google form for submission of student absences. This Google form makes it more efficient to capture reported absences and store doctor notices. Moving forward, this form MUST BE USED in reporting your student(s) absences. A parent written or doctor's note can be uploaded directly into the form. Late or make-up work will not be accepted unless the absence is an excused absence and a form has been completed within three (3) days once your child returns to instruction. Below is the link to the form. Click here to access the form: https://forms.gle/v2ZL6VfACUeFLSCZA For questions regarding student absences please email attendance@cmitelementary.org. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience as we work on more efficient practices.
