In reading our story for the week will be Wemberly Worried. We will focus on making connections with the characters and her character traits. Please be sure to look at the new homework sheet that is coming home. All assignments are to be put into the journal.
For math we are being chapter 1 and this chapter deals with addition and subtraction within word problems. It is imperative to have students tell you what key word helped them to know when to add and when to subtract.
In Social Studies, we will be working on The Government. They will learn all about the job of the President, Governor, and Mayor. This is important because it goes along with their entire Project Based Project for second quarter.
Please be sure to check students folders. Our school will be participating in donating pajamas to children in need for the cold season. This begins next week and runs until December 13.
There is a 2 hour early dismissal on Monday, November 13.
